With the peak Holiday season quickly approaching, here are two great ideas for in-person shopping where you can find unique and considerate handmade gifts.
Vigour and Skills is a homewares shop that stocks a community of makers with shared values of sustainability, longevity and enduring quality, and is one of my stockists since 2021.
After a successful year of events, visiting the most beautiful spots around the countryside and the inspiring London Craft Week, Vigour and Skills is closing the year with two pop-ups perfect for Christmas gifting. You can expect a small collection of inlaid vases and plates as well as pinched mugs, bowls and brooches for sale at both events.
The first stop is at The Yard Hampshire from October 28th to 30th. Apart from shopping, there will be talks and live demonstrations of crafts.
Finally, from the 17th to the 20th of November, you will find my ceramics at Asthall Manor, with more demonstrations and Christmas specials.
